Newly Upgraded Inclined Mixing Granulator Released to Optimize Full-process Powder Granulation Performance
Focusing on the common pain points of traditional vertical granulation equipment such as mixing dead angles, material stratification and uneven particle size, this upgraded granulator adopts an innovative inclined cylinder structure to realize efficient integrated mixing and granulation. It perfectly makes up for the structural defects of conventional vertical granulators, and realizes one-stop processing from raw material powder mixing to finished particle forming.
Different from conventional planar stirring equipment, this inclined mixing granulator is equipped with dual-power driving system including rotating cylinder and high-speed rotor. Materials form three-dimensional tumbling and turbulent flow inside the sealed chamber, achieving zero-dead-angle full mixing. There is no material deposition at the bottom, no residue sticking to the side wall, and no idle stirring in the center. The cylinder inclination angle supports stepless adjustment from 15° to 45°, which can adapt to ultra-fine powder, high-viscosity materials and low-specific-gravity powder without replacing extra auxiliary equipment. In terms of intelligent operation, the whole machine is equipped with industrial PLC touch control system. Operators can accurately set stirring speed, granulation time and internal humidity to ensure consistent particle sphericity and uniform particle size distribution in each batch. All production parameters can be stored and exported automatically, realizing full production data traceability that meets Industry 4.0 manufacturing standards. The quick-release chamber structure shortens material replacement and cleaning time within 20 minutes, greatly reducing equipment downtime for multi-batch alternating production and improving overall line operation efficiency.
In terms of production safety and sanitation, the fully enclosed sealed chamber effectively isolates internal powder from outside air, preventing dust leakage and material secondary pollution. The inner cavity adopts mirror polishing treatment without dead corners, which is easy to clean thoroughly. This new granulation equipment has passed GMP production standard certification and CE safety certification, fully meeting strict clean production requirements of pharmaceutical, food and cosmetic industries.
